About Carter’s Floor and Surface Care
We are a cleaning company with a particular expertise in floor and surface care. In addition to our residential and commercial cleaning services, we repair and restore natural stone, sanitize, seal, and color seal tile and grout, clean, strip and wax VCT floors, clean, repair and refinish hardwood floors, as well as deep clean and protect carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Our technicians are trained and certified and stay on top of their game through continuing ed. We have earned our Master Course Certified badge from the Stone and Tile School, we are a Certified Surface Care PROS PRO Partner, and have been trained at IICRC, the source for training and certification for carpet and textiles. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau. If there is one thing we’d like you to know about us, it is that our relentless objective is to gain and keep customers for life. I started this business years ago focusing on carpet and upholstery cleaning, but was continually being asked by my customers if I could help with their other surfaces. This led me to become trained in and add other surfaces to my expertise.
